The mixture of cultures makes Argentina such a perfect country. Palermo can be a little posh, but I stayed in an <a href="http://www.buenosairesstay.com" title="apartment in Palermo" rel="nofollow">apartment in Palermo</a> which was near the down town so it worked for me.
